Privacy Windows

This is a ground floor window directly over a bathtub. The window is slightly visible from the street and close to the neighbor's house. The owners were using a drop down shade for privacy. They wanted something modern and elegant that provided privacy without curtains or shades. The window is 51 inches square and was built in three sections then soldered together between two strips of reinforced zinc came.

Stairway Privacy

This client had an open stairway with a double hung sash window that looked out at their neighbor's house about 30 feet away. They tried a roll down shade and curtains but had to keep raising and lowering or closing and opening them all the time. This window allows the owners to come and go without worrying what they may or not be wearing. You can't see it in the left photo but the window was designed to match their wallpaper.

Front Door Privacy

This transom and 2 sidelights solved a privacy problem. The main entry door to this house was facing directly down a neighborhood street.

Bathroom Light and privacy

This privacy window was created to fill a previous window opening in a bathroom. The window is in a new shower stall where, previously, a regular window was over a sink. This is the only natural light opening in a bathroom in the middle of the home.

This was a ground floor bathroom facing a neighbor's house about 30 feet away.

Heron Window

This window is 28 inches by 58 inches. It was installed in a second floor master bathroom overlooking the client's backyard and a neighbor's back yard.
